Hollywood Rose was formed by five guys in Hungary in late 2003. After a few months of rehearsal the band felt ready to get on stage, and so they did - and even the first gig was a blast! They simply rocked the house, and they've been doing this ever since. Gig after gig, show after show. The main goal of the band is to represent the attitude of rock n'roll, as well as GUNS N' ROSES in an era that's eager to experience it, and they do a damn good job! Hollywood Rose have done more the 330 shows since its birth. They've played as opening act for bands like Twisted Sister and Billy Idol and performed in 11 different european countries including Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Switzerlad. The guys are also playing a unique unplugged set with songs that the original band never played this way. After some changes in the lineup in late 2007 the band composed its own music, and decided to release an EP with 4 songs in 2008 february, which is downloadable from the homepage and from Myspace as well. The group is still a Gn'R Tribute-band, but they also want to do their own stuff. The debut record was released in april 2009. The plans for the future are to release the record also in english and organize a huge Gn'R Tribute concert with a symphony orchestra, which would be a worldwide sensation! And the story goes on - Hollywood Rose is still about to rock Europe's stages! Get ready for some serious ROCK N' ROLL!
